Scammers in Egypt!

Their branch in Khan Khalili scammed us!

To address the issues, we’ve outlined them below:

1. We did not receive an authenticity certificate, only a small card stating it’s from Asfour.
2. Their shop in Khan Khalili displayed all the certificates that it was a certified shop.
3. The product we selected appeared to be the display and last piece. We rushed the purchase due to our flight to the Philippines in few hours. The sales staff assured us it was new, defect-free, and had a global warranty.
4. The VAT exemption receipt we received from your store turned out to be incorrect, causing us to lose the 10-12% tax refund at the airport. Customs contacted the vendor using the number on the receipt, leading to a lengthy argument because the receipt lacked the Egyptian government stamp. We have documented the entire discussion in a picture.
5. Upon opening the box, we noticed a gold paint bubble on the item, which we immediately reported via messenger.
6. This morning, the flower part detached on its own, and we found a portion of glue on the part, indicating poor assembly or prior damage.

Sorry but i think you mistaken us with someone else. We are based in Toronto, Canada, also we dont sell the item you have posted. We have no idea where Khan Khalili is. Please take a look at the photos you uploaded and the item that you are making a review for. They are not the same thing. Not too sure how you got directed to our website to review a product that we do not sell now a purchase that you made in our TORONTO store, not Khan Khalili.

Description

Every homeowner deserves to have the perfect items to uplift their environment and create a lasting impression for visitors. One of the best ways to do this is by adding a chandelier with crystals. Our Chrome-plated Chandelier uses Egyptian crystals made by Asfour, is the right home décor item for any homeowner who wants to add elegance to their room.

This Chandelier will deliver magic to your home and complement your already exceptional interior design creativity. The crystals are of high quality, expressing glossy and glittering, both in the day and night. If your chandelier is hung near a window where it receives lots of sun light, you will see the reflection from the sun bounce off the crystals and hit all your walls creating spots of rainbow all over the room.

The Chandelier is perfect for dining rooms. Hanging it in the dining gives that extra vibe and creates an intriguing picture as the family sits together every evening to have their dinner. You can also have it in the staircase so that it's one of the things that catch their eyes when visitors come.
